  A T&L consultant performed the role of Programme Director for IATA e-freight. The e-freight programme is core to the simplification of the global air freight supply chain. It will remove the reliance on paper documents from air cargo transportation and also support significant process and service level improvements.

  Played a key role in the development of the Master Operating Plan and Cycle Control Framework. This involved process redesign of freight forwarder and airline activities with the aim of reducing service lead times and improve the responsiveness and relevance of service offerings.
