Operations Migration
Our team provided planning and project management support in the migration of BAWC’s £multi-million p.a. air cargo business into a purpose-built automated freight handling facility at Heathrow Airport.

Cargo 2000: Process Design
T&L provided process development support, and cargo and integrator expertise to the Cargo 2000 initiative. We performed analysis and design of freight forwarder and airline cargo activities and played a leading role in the development of the industry standard Master Operating Plan
