British Airways World Cargo	Operations Migration Our team provided planning and project management support in the migration of BAWC’s £multi-million p.a. air cargo business into a purpose-built automated freight handling facility at Heathrow Airport.
IATA	Cargo 2000: Process Design T&L provided process development support, and cargo and integrator expertise to the Cargo 2000 initiative. We performed analysis and design of freight forwarder and airline cargo activities and played a leading role in the development of the industry standard Master Operating Plan
Gaza Airport	Cargo Facility Concept Design We delivered the optimal facilities and functional concept layout, and equipment requirements for a new cargo terminal at Gaza International Airport.
Iberia Cargo	Operations Improvement In conjunction with PwC, T&L identified the causes of inefficiencies at the Iberia Cargo facility in Madrid and introduced relevant operational solutions to enable the carrier to achieve its targets for the new facility.
