DHL

Operations Re-Engineering
T&L has instilled operational change at DHL’s Brussels hub, and other DHL European hubs, since 2002.
At its Brussels Airport facility, we provided on-site consultancy to the organisation’s European engineering process group during the integration of DHL, Danzas and Deutsche Post. T&L brought technical, operational and implementation expertise and experience to the group in the optimisation and standardisation of building designs, vehicle load and unload processes, and delivery and collection activities.

DPD

Collection and Delivery Fleet Efficiencies
The aim of this project was to reduce unproductive time in the driver day. T&L identified opportunities to improve the planning of tours, introduce new handling techniques and loading procedures and ensure that equipment is appropriately used.
Our consultants subsequently guided the client management and staff through the implementation of the new planning and handling techniques at the depot, and improved tour planning. More >>
