Capacity Planning: We take a scientific approach to determining the capacity requirements for aviation infrastructure. Our analysts produce capacity models that calculate requirements over time based on factors such as forecast demand, industry standards and service levels. We also consider the impact of client strategies and industry developments that may influence throughput rates and service expectations.

Master Planning: We use our findings from forecasting and capacity planning exercises to inform master planning phases. Our expertise in this area lies in applying our findings to advise the client on phased facility development visions. We consider infrastructure requirements and expansion options; building locations and dimensions, to accommodate capacity requirements over time; facility requirements, taking into account industry developments and client strategies.
