Facility	Project Overview
Sydney International Airport	Airport Operations Due Diligence T&L provided operations advice and project management support to HOCHTIEF AirPort in the development of the successful bid for the 100% trade sale of Kingsford Smith Airport, Sydney.
Various Major & Minor Airport Facilities	Airport Operations Due Diligence Employed on behalf of an airport management client, Transport & Logistics Consultancy provided operational leadership and expertise to aviation bid teams involved in the tendering processes for a number of airports.  These included Budapest Ferihegy International Airport; Queen Alia International Airport, Jordan; Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (Mumbai); and Black Sea Coast Airports, Bulgaria.
Sabiha Gokcen International Airport	Terminal Capacity Analysis Capacity review by function of the international and domestic passenger terminals, on behalf of Falcon Consulting, as part of the airport tender process for the consortium formed by GMR, Limak and Malaysian Airports Berhad. The consortium went on to win the bid.
