British Airways World Cargo

Cargo Facility Operations
A T&L consultant performed the role of Programme Manager for the migration from BAWC’s former Heathrow cargo facility to the Ascentis Cargo Centre.
The role included systems and operational strategy, change management, migration planning, process and procedures design and documentation, staff training, user acceptance testing (process, volume and quality) and coordination of the successful phased implementation.

IATA

e-freight Programme Leadership
A T&L team member performed the role of programme director for IATA e-freight for an eighteen month period in 2005 and 2006. He delivered the programme definition, scope and strategy, and set up the implementation project commencing in 2007.

DHL

Site Selection for new European Air Hub
We led the process of identifying and selecting the ‘best fit’ location for a new European Air Hub, to achieve DHL’s network optimisation objectives. Our role involved strategic direction, programme definition and option evaluation, and leading negotiations with candidate airport authorities.
We also programme managed the conceptual design for the development of the new €500 million European Air Hub.
